New tiles at the ground floor

In order to get a modern look, we will replace the terracotta floors  with huge (100x100cm) sandy grey cheramic tiles.

To get away from the rustic feeling the brick walls will also have the same tiles, creating a modern feeling.

New open plan kitchen

With same tiles as the whole ground floor, the walls will have the same tile. In order to create a airy space, we don't use upper cabinet above the worktop. The kitchen will have white base cabinets with doors and drawers in light oak, matching the sandy grey floor/walls perfectly.  

New entrance door

Replace the old, original wooden entrance door with metal grids, to a white, smart controlled, high security door will give the property a matching solution for entrance. The door will be possible to open with keypad (optional) or the mobile (with both bluetooth, on site, and with wifi (remotely). 

New decking in the waterfront garden

To integrate the indoor and outdoor space, we install decking in light colored oak, at the same level as the indoor floor. The selected material creates a warm, cozy feeling and also match the kitchen and is a perfect combition with the big, sandy grey tiles. The decking will be placed under the toldos/awings creating a 40 sqm (apprx) outdoor livingroom area, where you can have a loung-group, dining table, and in one side the jacuzzi (more info below).

Jacuzzi in the waterfront garden

In order to create magical moments and a lot of relaxation we will install a high-quality jacuzzi (from one of the leading manufacturers in the world, Swedish Viskan Spa). Of course the jacuzzi will have stairs for easy entry but also cover. Overlooking the waterfront you get the feeling of being on the top of the world.

Smart Home

Controlling your home with your mobile, gives you a comfort and also possibilities to create the mood of the lights. Most of the lights will have RGB by the Philips HUE-system, giving you endless combination of colors, synchronize the light with the music etc. You will also, except the lights be able to remotely (from anywhere in the world) control the aircondition/heater, aluminium blinds alarm etc.

Electric Aluminium Blinds

All white aluminium blinds will be electrified, so it can be controlled by remote or an app (as a part of the Smart Home). The downsstairs aluminium blinds will be replaced to high security blinds, making it safe to take away the teleskopic security gates.
